Lives in Portales, New Mexico. Dyanne, a mother of three, is a pastor's daughter and a pastor's wife. She attended Eastern New Mexico University receiving a Master of Science in Education with emphasis in Special Education. Mrs. Frazier worked toward a Doctorate Degree in Child Psychology accruing 150 post graduate hours until the untimely death of her husband. She is licensed to teach K-12 and Administrative. Dyanne has 49 years teaching experience from four-year old through college with both special and regular class assignments. She has developed curriculum for emotionally disturbed students and worked for the state in training teachers K-12. Served as Elementary Coordinator of University Baptist Church and trained teachers state-wide.

Mrs. Frazier travels to Africa every year since 2007 spending four to six weeks training early childhood teachers and caregivers, delivering materials and visiting childcare and early learning centres. She speaks at US churches and has been interviewed in media concerning the needs of Early Childhood in Kenya and fundraising for various needs for the Kenyan children. She is currently serving on the board of both Habitat for Humanity and New Beginnings Orphanages International.
