Fidelis Chasukwa Mgowa is a prowess development administration and management professional with more than 20 years' experience in various national and international organisations. He has been a Chair of the Board of Trustees for Psychosocial Support Malawi Ltd, Secretary to the Board of Trustees for Early Childhood Development Coalition of Malawi, and Board of Trustees Chairperson for Malesi Community Development Organisation. Fidelis is married to Yvonne and are blessed with three children namely Steria, Fidel and Tumpale. He is passionate for excellence in partnerships to ensure that every child survives and thrives right from conception. He is Masters of Arts (Development Studies) candidate at the University of Malawi and holds Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from University of Malawi and a Diploma in Agriculture from University of Malawi.

He is a Certified Project Management Professionals (APM Group and holds a certificate in Science of Early Childhood Development from the Institute for Human Development, Aga Khan University.
